We hope you had a fantastic Christmas and New Year.

We would firstly like to thank everyone that came along to our Christmas Social Club event on the 19th of December. The event was a great success and the addition of the 2 extra room worked out really well. People enjoyed both Big Hero 6 and Laputa in the Cinema Room we had set up, as well as playing all their favourite wii games.

Just to make sure everyone is aware that the Talent and Cosplay Contest registration is now open for Yorkshire Cosplay Con 2016. Please ensure you register early as places in these contsts tend to fill up fast. To sign up for either contest go to our contests page.

A notice for traders now, anyone wanting to trade at YCC2016 at Sheffield Arena should get in contact with us as soon as possible as places are starting to fill up and the remaining pitches will go fast. Request your trader spot here.

We have 2 new guests that we have recently announced o our social media. They are Lauren Landa, voice actress for many anime's including Sailor Neptune from Sailor Moon S and Attack on Titans Female Titan Annie Leonheart, and Kerrigan Mahan who has voiced many character including Goldar and Magna Defender from the Power Rangers.

Finally we would like to remind everyone that is interested in seeing the Deadpool Movie, that we are arranging a cosplay screening of the Movie, we are going to see how many deadpools we can get in a cinema. The screening will be at Sheffield Cineworld, as well as the movie we will be hosting a Deadpool trivia quiz, so why not test your knowledge and see if you can win one of the prizes up for grabs.
