We would like to take this opportunity once again to thank everyone who attended the event on Saturday. The majority of the feedback that we have received has been overwhelmingly positive, however, we are aware that some of the difficulties we encountered on the day may have affected individuals enjoyment of the event. Yorkshire Cosplay Convention was born out of our passion for all things cosplay and we wanted to create an event that everyone could enjoy as much as us. We can assure everyone that we take peoples feedback extremely seriously and will be working tirelessly to make sure that these issues do not happen again.

Whilst we take full responsibility for the management of the event, we are currently entering into discussions with Magna as to how we can manage future events more smoothly so that everyone can have an enjoyable experience. This will include taking direct control of things which were previously outside of our control such as crowd management, queueing systems and the general monitoring of numbers and flow within the event.
