The Honeywell Sports campus is tailored for our Sports and Public Services students and was recently upgraded to offer excellent facilities. Features include a 3G sports pitch,
gym and a sports hall alongside well-equipped classrooms.
The campus is home to our Sports Academy which offers talented students from all disciplines within the college the opportunity to train and learn in a state of the art fitness
environment, under the guidance of excellent coaching staff. The Academy offers team sports (football, rugby, cricket, basketball, netball) as well as support for individuals
through its individual athlete program. Not only is the Sports Academy a source of invaluable training and resources; it also enriches student experience overall.

Approaching from the M1, exit at junction 37 and on the roundabout take the A628 exit towards Barnsley. Follow this road until you get to the townsend roundabout and take the first exit onto summer lane. Follow this road and take a right onto Victoria Crescent West just after Howarth Timber. Follow Victoria Crescent West to the end and turn right onto Huddersfield Road and then take the next right onto Cockerham Lane. Follow this road upto the Honeywell Site sign and turn right onto Honeywell Lane. Follow the road and turn right into the Barnsley College Campus.
