How to get thereBy Car

From the North
Leave the M1 at Junction 34, signed Sheffield A6109 (Meadowhall), take the fourth exit from the roundabout signed Sheffield Centre. When travelling from this direction we recommend you use Car Park A on the A6178 Attercliffe Road. Stay on the A6178 Attercliffe Road going through the lights and then at the next set of lights take the first left into the bottom entrance of Car Park A. Depending upon traffic flow and how full the car park is you could also enter via Car Park B Entrance on Broughton Lane. From the Motorway follow signs for Sheffield Centre (A6109) for 1.5 miles and then filter left following signs to the Ring Road A6102 Broughton Lane and enter the car park by turning into the Arena on the right.
From the South
Leave the M1 at Junction 33 and take the first exit at the roundabout on to the A630 (Sheffield), continue for 2.5 miles until the exit marked Ring Road (services). Follow signs for the ring Road straight over a small roundabout. Turn right at the next roundabout onto the Ring Road/Meadowhall (A6178). Follow this road for 2 miles to Motorpoint Arena, which is located on the left. When travelling from this direction we recommend you to use Car Park B (Broughton Lane) and Car Park C (Great Central)
Parking
Nearly 1,000 on-site car parking spaces are available in Car Parks A and B with an additional parking facility at Car Park C within a 1 minute walk from the venue for 200 cars. For event day parking charges and advanced booking click here.

By Train
The Arena has two rail stations within easy reach of the venue.
Sheffield's main railway station is situated in the City Centre - Sheaf Street, Sheffield, S1 2BP - and is approximately a 10 minute taxi or Supertram journey to the venue.
An alternative station is available at Meadowhall Interchange - which has a Supertram link to the venue - approximately a 5 minute Supertram journey to the venue.

Venue FacilitiesFood and Drink
The Arena has achieved top marks in the food hygiene rating scheme awarded by the Food Standards Agency. The venue has held the highest food hygiene rating every year since the scheme was introduced. More information on the scheme can be found by clicking here.
The Arena has up to 8 fast food and drink outlets situated around the concourse serving hot fast-foods such as, fries, burgers, pizzas and hot dogs as well as ice creams, sweets and crisps. There are 2 stands on each concourse, red green and blue and 2 stands at the back of the floor area. Dependent upon the show timings and attendance not all food and drink outlets are always open, if this is always the case the closest available stands will be highlighted. The building is licensed and serves a range of hot and cold soft drinks. It may be a requirement at some shows that all drinks purchased are poured into plastic containers. Complimentary tap water is available upon request from the stands, again please check as which stands are serving water can vary depending on which stands are open.
Accessible Toilets
The Arena has three sets of accessible toilets on the ground level accessible to public (Entry B, C and D) plus 4 purpose built unisex facilities on concourse level - these are signed and directly accessed from concourse and are located 2 on Red concourse and 2 on Blue concourse. RADAR locks are used and a key can be obtained from Information on green concourse (although customers may have their own which they can also use). Please ask a steward who will advise of the nearest facilities.
Assistance Dogs
Assistance dogs are permitted into the venue and pass outs will be provided if the customer requires in order for toileting etc.

Frequently Asked QuestionsWhere can I park at the Arena?
Nearly 1,000 on-site car parking spaces are available in Car Parks A an B - on event days the car park is staffed three hours prior to show start time with additional car parking 1 minute walk from the venue for 200 cars in Car Park C (please note that this car park is locked 1 hour after the end of a show - when there is no show at the venue the over-flow car park is locked 24/7). Dependant upon the weather conditions there is a further over-flow car park next to the Arena in the Grass Bowl, this can accommodate an additional 500 vehicles.
Please be aware that there is a £6.00 fee for cars to park at the Arena. Advanced booking discounts are available please visit their parking page to book or for more finformation.
When can I enter the Arena?
The Arena and its facilities are closed and will not be open until the published 'Doors Open' time on your ticket. There is no access to food/drink or toilet facilities until this time.
I've lost my tickets what should I do?
Should you lose your tickets please contact the box office immediately, either email sheffield.boxoffice@livenation.co.uk, call 0114 256 56 56 or write to Sheffield Arena Box Office, Broughton Lane, Sheffield S9 2DF. Remember to state the name and address under which the tickets were booked.
Duplicate tickets will only be issued immediately prior to entry to the event - these tickets are never issued in advance as they override all other tickets previously issued.
If you find your original tickets prior to the show please inform Box Office at least 24 hours before the event as once duplicate tickets are printed the originals will be void.
Please be aware there may be a cost for printing duplicate tickets.
Do you post tickets outside of the UK?
We are able to post tickets outside of the United Kingdom for anyone who's credit card address is registered outside of the UK - just select the international signed for option when choosing your delivery method.
I've lost something at the arena - what can I do?
If you realise that you have lost something during your visit to the Arena whilst you are still inside the arena, please go to the Information Point on Green Concourse and report the item which has been lost. If the item isn't at the information point, your details will be taken and we will contact you if the item is handed in.
If you realise that you have lost something after you have left the venue please follow the same procedure but instead of the Information Point please go to reception at Entrance B to report the item which has been lost or call our reception on 0114 256 2002.
I have Special Dietary needs - what should I do?
Should you have any specific dietary needs that require you to bring your own food or drink to an event please contact us in advance of the show you are attending by emailing sheffield.customerservices@livenation.co.uk so this can be organised in advance.
Are there any changing facilities available?
As the Arena is such a large venue, with a huge amount of people visiting the event we are unable to provide any changing room facilities.
